Oriental Salad Dressing (mock Applebee’s)

If you have ever been to Applebee’s, this salad dressing recipe sure is real close to that. It is real good, smooth.  Yummy!!

We had chicken last night, so after I had seasoned the chicken with my own “no salt” Greek seasoning that I make, and cooked the chicken, I poured some of this dressing on both sides. Can I say WOW!! I’m definitely making more! I’m going to play around with creating some more dressing recipes, wouldn’t that be great.

I think I will try this dressing in a casserole, as well, or maybe on top of pork chops.  Yummy! Now I’m thinking about other variations, like on top of steamed broccoli, but not too much.  What about baked momma potatoes! Oh, yum!

Be sure and whip this dressing up and let me know what you think about it.
